The complaint is from a voter who registered to vote in PE online after previously voting in Pretoria, yet the system detected that he or she was still registered in Pretoria.

Background & Outcome

The IEC has put in place many system to prevent this from happening, for example the electronic "Click, Check, and Confirm" SMS numbers where voters can check there registration details and more importantly the Registration Weekend.
