Based on the Real411 Digital Complaints Committee's assessment, the content is not misinformation - presuming it is an accurate image of the voters roll at a particular point in time - it is a serious issue in ensuring the integrity of the election. This is in contravention of S71 of the Local Government Municipal Electoral Act, Act 27 of 2000. The voters' roll is property of the Electoral Commission. Facebook has been requested to remove the content.
