Background & Outcome

While it is quite clear that there is a campaign underway to sow seeds of doubt in the IEC's ability to run free and fair elections, the post complained of here simply does not constitute incitement. The mere mention of actions risking civil war does not constitute incitement. While the commentary is exaggerated, it nevertheless constitutes fair comment on a matter of public interest, albeit based on a problematic news article.
