The complainant states that an article asserting that the MPC is in a state of collapse, is "factually wrong", and that the a false claim is made regarding the use of the hashtag #byebyeMPC.

While the post in question does not match the legal criteria for mis- or disinformation, it does need to be emphasised that the Facebook page is framed as a news source which has a definite bias and cannot be trusted to be objective.
