Letter from DA to USA re observer support during elections

The complainant asserts that they have seen "other letters discounted by 411 as fake. ANC propaganda", and submits that the letter in question may be mis- or disinformation.

Thus the DA did indeed ask for external observer support form the USA. This needs to be distinguished from another letter purporting to be correspondence between the DA and CIA that has been included in social media posts which have been submitted to Real411 and Africacheck.org for review.
