No violation: The complainant doesn't identify any "bulletin" which advocates for a "violent Islamic Jihad". A perusal of recent bulletin's reveals no such incitement content. The content may well be objectionable to persons who do not subscribe to the belief system of the community producing that content BUT the complaint is predicated on a very shallow premise. The complaint in essence is that because AMPSA embrace certain religious language and identify as Islamic that they are terrorists. The complaint is bigoted.
