Complainant asserts that the statement made in the tweet and accompanying video which includes that the IEC rigged the voting process, is mis- or disinformation.

Background & Outcome

It is uncertain whether or not the speaker is acting in good or bad faith. What is clear is that their statement is unfounded, and will remain false until evidence to the contrary is provided. It is misleading and at the very least, constitutes misinformation.
